Mosaic Window
The Sanctuary Mosaic Window
The translucent mosaic window was said to be the first of its kind when it was installed in the Sanctuary in 1963.
The left side of the window shows figures from the Old Testament beginning with Adam and Eve on the extreme lower left corner. Above them is Abraham, to the right of him is Moses holding two halves of the Ten Commandments. The next figure is Ruth, to her right is David as Sheppard and lastly David as the King
The right side of the window are all one scene with Jesus from after his Resurrection, showing his wounds in his hands to some of his followers. In the upper left corner, you will see the faint outline of the three crosses, followed in the upper right side you will see the empty tomb.
