Fellowship Hall

Do you need to rent a hall for a wedding reception, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday party or other event? 

Fellowship Hall Rental $400.00

A booking deposit of $100 (part of the $400 with the remaining balance of $300)

Refunded Deposit of $150.00 (this depost will be returned if the facility is left in the condition it was found)

You will need to purchase a One-Day Event Liability Insurance and present a copy to the church office.

**The event must be concluded by 10:00PM, person responsible for the booking can stay after 10:00pm to return facility to the condition in which it was found.

Decorating Info: If your decorator wants to be in the Fellowship Hall on Friday afternoon to decorate, they must provide a copy oif their liability insurance to the church office.

If your decorator lines the walls with curtains, for safety and fire regulations they must leave an opening in the back next to the fire exits. The doors/lights need to be visible at all times.

The use of Alcohol, Tobacco, or any Illegal Drugs in any building or anywhere on the property is strictly forbidden. 

Lakewood United Methodist Church cares for adults and children. We ask that all groups keep walkways and entry ways clear of obstacles, that groups are mindful of trip hazards and wet floors so that people do not slip and fall. We ask all groups with children to use the utmost care making sure children are supervised always.
